Use apps and platforms to encourage regular breaks.
Here’s a checklist for using apps and platforms that allow you to change your habits:

  1. Look for apps and platforms such as TimeOut, Strechly, DeskTime, Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Download and install the selected apps on your smartphone or other devices (Ensure that the apps are compatible with your operating system).
  3. Set up user accounts on the apps, providing necessary information such as your name, email address, and payment details if required.
  4. Set the frequency and duration of breaks.
  5. During your breaks, plan enjoyable activities that you wouldn’t want to give up.
  6. Keep yourself updated on any new features or updates from the app developers.
