Intention

I want to remind myself of the importance of taking care of my health and making the recommended annual visits to the doctor.

Nudge Description

We understand that people forget to take care of their health, so we have developed a calendar that reminds us of the most important and recommended annual visits to the doctor. Take care of your health and have a balanced life. Visit the doctor regularly to better understand your health status, detect potential problems early, and reduce the chances of having serious diseases in the future.
Here you can download the health calendar that you can print off and put in your workspace (link).
In case you prefer not to print it, we have created a list of reminders that you can introduce in your mobile calendar app (link).
In any case, be sure you start with these steps:

  1. Assess your health and don’t ignore any discomfort you may feel.
  2. Identify on the calendar the months to celebrate your health or medical condition (if you suffer from one).
  3. Schedule an appointment with your doctor and add reminders on your cell phone.
